Spyro: Season of Ice

Things go wild when the Sorceress' Spell Book tempts Grendor, the Rhynoc librarian, to try out a transformation spell which turns him into a two-headed monster with a mega migraine! In order to help Zoe, the good fairy, it's Spyro to the rescue as kids search for the only cure--saving 100 frozen fairies to help free Zoe and the Fairies of the Dragon Realms. So much for Spyro's relaxing vacation in Dragon Shores!

Have fun searching through nicely animated screens in which fairies are scattered throughout! Just melt them with Spyro's powerful fire breath and you're on your way in this exciting, strictly-for-fun adventure.

So, hunt some gems, free some fairies and dig the 30-level handheld adventure! Take advantage of all of Spyro's classic moves: flame, charge, glide, and hover attacks and some new moves. Be sure to check Spyro's health meter (you can be attacked four times before you lose a life). Sparx the dragonfly changes colors depending on Spyro's health! Sparx needs his energy so keep him happy with a good supply of butterflies! You'll find the butterflies inside of bunnies and sheep and every butterfly helps Sparx---some butterflies can even give Spyro an extra life.

A handy Atlas keeps track of your fairy and gem counts, how many worlds you have visited and which ones you need to explore. The games automatically save each time you leave a world.
