Ready for another RPG (role-playing game) where you just take on the world? You know, you've got to beat the bad guys! This time, you put your ultimate fighting powers to the test when you take on the throes of evil and become one with the powers of Dragon Ball Z's legendary warriors like Gohan, Piccolo, Trunks, Vegeta and Goku.

Based on the hit animated television series, this Game Boy Advance game translates into roughly 20 hours of gameplay. This is impressive, considering the killer graphics and arcade-style action.

This RPG has you leading the team of mighty Goku warriors and you can play as each character. This time, some formidable enemies await you--mostly Androids. You know the rest. But here's the scenario:

The game starts with Gohan, who is the grown son of legendary warrior Goku, who is waiting for his dad to return home from defeating Frieza at planet Namek. It's Gohan's job to train young Trunks to help him beat the Andorids. Gohan needs help (and guess who he is going to turn to?).

Suddenly, a mysterious teenager (oh, all teenagers are mysterious, aren't they? JK!) tells the Z-fighters the exact time and place where Goku will arrive. What's up with that? Turns out this dude is Trunks, who is the son of Bulma and Vegita (I'm not making these names up).

Learn lots of new techniques as you take on the baddies. You'll love the Spirit Bomb or Super Mode, for sure. Every character has a mode called Super Saiyan Mode, with the exception of Piccolo, who transforms into super Namek. These modes are power boosts to stats and speed! Be sure to check your character's energy, because when it has no energy left, it will revert to its original form.

There are five playable characters, each has their own special moves. They're warriors, you would expect that each would have his own powers. You'll find out what they are by playing the game.

Defeat the Androids and you're awesome. You can help save the word. However,it's not that simple, grasshopper. Don't forget Cell, the biggest baddie of the game. Dr. Gero is another evil dude--he's the one that unleashes the Androids to wreak world havoc. However, a big surprise is in store for our wicked doctor when he creates Androids 17 and 18. That's when all hell breaks loose. Let's just say it's a matter of life or death!

You will soon discover that Cell is the most powerful force of the game. You see, he needs to absorb the Androids to reach his Perfect form. They don't call it The Legacy of Goku II for nothing!

According to our lead tester, Tim, at The Review Zone.com, this game is "incredibly good" and much better than the first Legacy of Goku game. Ranking high on the charts for replayability and fun, you'll find that training to fight involves 10 huge game maps and an awesome adventure and escape!

Better than the TV show, this game scores off the charts for the ultimate sinister adventure in the good versus evil theme. Although this game is rated E for Everyone (ESRB rating), it does contain mild animated violence. If you, as a parent, have a problem with that, take note now before you buy the game. Otherwise, this RPG will get your adrenaline pumping, that's for sure! Two gaming thumb's up to Atari and Infogrames for a great ride on the GBA platform!
