However, it is the donkey who is hesitant to proclaim his welcome to the special baby.

The coloring is fantastic in this book--pale purple washes across the pages which set
the scene nicely under a bright star so long ago as baby Jesus is born in a stable and is
warmly welcomed by one and all.
